In short

At Eyewearista, your satisfaction is our priority. If your purchase doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you have a 14-day period from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to justify yourself.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must be returned:

• In its complete original packaging (rigid case, microfiber pouch, cleaning cloth, brand box, certificate of authenticity if provided)
• Unworn, without any sign of use
• Undamaged (no scratches on lenses or frame, no deformation of temples)
• With all original accessories

Personalized products (corrective lenses fitted to your measurements, engravings, etc.) and products unsealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned, in accordance with the law.

3. Procedure

Step 1 — Contact us
Send an email to contact@eyewearista.com specifying:
– Your order number
– The product concerned
– The reason (optional)

You may also use the standard withdrawal form available in our Terms.

Step 2 — Receive instructions
We will reply within 48 hours with the return address and recommended shipping methods.

Step 3 — Ship the product
Prepare the package carefully (original packaging + protective outer packaging). Use a shipping method with tracking and insurance — Eyewearista cannot be held responsible for a package lost or damaged during return transport.

Step 4 — Refund
Upon receipt and verification of the product, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days maximum, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.

4. Return costs

Return costs are at your expense, except in the following cases:

• Product defective upon delivery
• Error in our preparation (wrong model, wrong size)
• Package received damaged

In these cases, we cover all return costs and offer you an exchange or refund at your convenience.

5. Defective or non-conforming product

If your product has a manufacturing defect or a hidden defect, you benefit from the following legal warranties:

• Legal warranty of conformity (Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the French Consumer Code) — 2 years
• Warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code)
• Manufacturer’s commercial warranty — generally 2 years, variable by brand

Procedure: contact us at contact@eyewearista.com with photos of the defect. We organize the handling (repair, exchange, or refund) at no cost to you.

Would you like to exchange your product for another model? Contact us — we will guide you:
– Return of the first product following the procedure above
– Placing a new order
– Refund adjustment taking into account the price difference
